  According to Fendall v Nash court case, John Fendall was seven at the time of the case giving a birth of 1772. However the report of the case also states that he was working for the Indian Company ties in with him being born in 1762. John had two residences. One was at "Harewood Square, St. Marylebone, London, Middlesex. The other was 67 Great Portland St., St. Marylebone, London, Middlesex.
