  According to 'A Genealogical and Heraldic Dictionary of the Landed Gentry' She married Admiral John Bligh. Google books lists a Cecilia who died in Lemington and was the widow of Rear-Adm. John Bligh, C.B. However it appears in 1789. On the 1951 there is a Cecilia Bligh living in Lemington also staying at the same address are Moultrie's and Kelsall. Birth is sometimes stated as 1772 in Florida and elsewhere as 1772 in Charleston, South Carolina
